APEX was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Chungho Dist., New Taipei City. We are a professional engineering and construction manufacturing and service company. As one of the industry leaders, APEX provides service for mechanical engineering, electrical and instrumentation engineering and environmental engineering. We’ve been working on being a total solution provider including customers conduct feasibility studies, design and planning, purchasing orders and manufacturing, construction and commissioning, providing after-sales service and integrated engineering services.

In view of Taiwan's future industrial development, except for continuing improving mechanical engineering, instrumentation control, environmental engineering, hydroelectric power, fire control and air conditioner engineering, APEX established the Optoelectronics Division in early 2001 to be devoted to optoelectronics field development and integrate Optoelectronic product and aim to be a total solution provider . We specialize in customized LCD displays with superior RD technical support. In addition, APEX also invested in abundant technical support from Chung Ji Construction Co.

In 2001, passed by the shareholders' meeting and approved by Ministry of Economic Affairs, APEX changed its name to, "Apex Science & Engineering Corp." Then, APEX shares got listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange after the Securities and Futures Commission approved the electronics industry shares in Jan.1st 2003. (APEX listed no 3052)
